Booking Policy
Rescheduling & non-refundable cancellations

Request a rescheduled consultation appointment anytime up to 0 minutes prior to meeting or after a missed meeting within the validity period. Reschedule via within your account or send us an email.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions missed or cancelled are non-refundable. Sessions will be considered a no-show after 5 minutes of absence and will be required to be rescheduling.
Program Validity: Multi-session programs must be utilized within a set number of months from the first session to ensure continuity.
Deployment & VA Orders: We honor your service. VA-related circumstances like deployment will be handled case-by-case; email us as soon as possible.
In the event that the consultant cancels your appointment you will be fully refunded 100% the amount.​
