We are the VA Construction Guild—built by a military family who used the VA Construction loan to develop a project on raw land and spent time living off-grid. We help veterans stay in control.

We also simplify the structure of the VA Construction loan in draws and reimbursements, so you understand the money flow and the finish line for both county and bank.
